Ginger Green Onion Pesto

This pesto is amazing. Goes really well with chicken and rice. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Ginger Green Onion Pesto
Yields 2.5 cups

1 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp minced ginger root
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Combine ingredients and pulse in food processor until mixture achieves a uniform consistency.
