This is a great and very simple Alfredo sauce recipe. It works out every time, and makes a wonderful and quick dinner. Enjoy over your favorite pasta! I like to pour this over garlic shrimp and fettuccine personally!
Cook time: 10-20 minutes
Yields 1 cup
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cream
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Melt butter in small pot on stove; add garlic and fry 1 minute until fragrant. Slowly pour in cream, whisking to combine with butter. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Add cheese slowly and whisk in until melted and fully combined. Cook for another 10 minutes or so until thick.
Pour over your preferred pasta, and top with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley for garnish.
